You may be entitled to a refund, providing you follow these terms:

1) make a ticket, providing info on the model and the reason for a refund. Initially, we can try to work out the issue but if one can not be found we will move to step 2.
2) be willing to screenshare on a call with me you deleting all your files of the avatar completely, including from your recycling bin/ any physical drives
3) screenshare you deleting any versions of the model you have uploaded to VRChat (if you have done so)
4) accept that your access to the model on Gumroad will be revoked

I am making this change for a couple of reasons. Primarily because I understand that with most products in the real world that you purchase, if you are not satisfied/ an issue cannot be resolved then you are entitled to a refund and I wish to provide the same courtesy through my store. Also I hope this will allow you to gain more confidence in the purchase of my models knowing that I am willing to fix issues/ offer a refund as a last resort. A good business/ customer relationship is extremely important to me and I really want to provide the most accommodating service to everyone. If you are ever needing any support you can always make a ticket here.

Note: The refund will be made through Gumroad so it will not be immediate. I believe in the policy it can take up to 7 days for your money to be processed back into your account.

It is at my discretion that if I feel anyone is abusing this bridge of trust/ not following through with the terms stated here, then you will be reported and removed from both my server and access to my models and placed on a blacklist.
